Join a Leading Global Bank in Singapore
Our client a prestigious international banking institution in Singapore is looking for a Middleware BMC Control-M Specialist to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a global financial environment managing critical middleware infrastructure for a top-tier banking institution.
Responsibilities
- Provide global production support for middleware technologies and platforms.
- Ensure high availability reliability and stability of banking infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents problems and service requests.
- Collaborate with development project and business teams to implement solutions.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in the production environment.
- Perform technical analysis to optimize system performance.
- Support the operation and enhancement of middleware platforms and interfaces.
- Participate in strategic banking technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in middleware technologies:
- Operating Systems: Linux Unix Windows
- Middleware: BMC Control-M Axway CFT/Secure Transport/Sentinel
- Monitoring & Analytics Tools: OMI ServiceNow Geneos
- Scripting: Java Unix Shell Python PowerShell Perl
- Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management (Incident Problem Change Management).
- Exposure to Kubernetes Ansible Elastic Search Rundeck GIT is a plus.
- Ability to work in shift-based and on-call support rotations.
- Strong communication problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- BMC Control-M Certification (Version 9)
- Experience with IBM MQ
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD automation)
- Experience in the banking or financial industry
- French language proficiency (optional)
