PAYMENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We will count on you to:
- Perform financial operations in multiple banking platforms urgent payments and necessary controls on incoming and outgoing payments
- Cooperate with Country Controllers in all daily inquiries
- Analyze and resolve payment issues
- Review approve and prepare requests for ad hoc analysis of various types of financial information utilizing operational and financial analytics as appropriate for the situation
- Assist with auditors and audit requirements and SOX testing
- Contact with bank to clarify payment / admin queries
- Monitor daily cash positioning
- Support Team Leader to ensure that all month-end tasks deliverables are met
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams in order to assure adherence of all day-to-day accounting processes to audit and control policies

- Problem solving - resolving queries and engaging with stakeholders across the business investigating and resolving exception items in a timely manner
- Teamwork - supporting the team and collaborating with others to achieve departmental goals
- Communication - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Changing & improving - identifying areas for improvement and leading process improvement efforts in line with global processes
- Analytical thinking- ability to systematically break down complex problems assess data recognize relationships and solve problems effectively
What you need to have:
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- University degree (BA MA)
- Good command of English
- Client-focus and proactive approach
- Can-do attitude
