As part of Miros enterprise sales team you will have the opportunity to develop strategize and close business with existing customers up to 15000 employees in Benelux in collaboration with our Customer Success and Solution Engineering team. About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive you will focus on expanding accounts and closing new business by focusing on each line of business and executing against account plans. You will join a highly motivated energetic sales team that takes pride in growing customer relationships running strategic sales cycles and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts across various industries. The Enterprise Account Executive is an ambitious and organized professional who will drive business in our accounts and build alliances with new stakeholder groups. You will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer challenges identifying key stakeholders and aligning those findings to a quantifiable value proposition for the customer. Our goal is to create great customer experiences through relentless focus on customer value enabling them to scale business innovation.
What youll do
- Position Miro as a strategic partner for innovation management with large and complex Enterprise clients across a variety of industries
- Map the business challenges of multiple clients to Miros value proposition to drive account revenue growth
- Build mid to long-term account action plans to help define appropriate expansion strategies
- Develop trusted relationships to line of business decision makers and C-Level executives
- You will master the art of discovery and inspire new use cases where Miro can solve our customers most impactful innovation management challenges
- Achieve operational excellence by managing the CRM forecasting and pipeline generation mechanisms
- Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business
What youll need
- 4 years of sales experience within SaaS or related Tech in the enterprise market
- Strong prospecting territory planning and team-selling experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- You have the ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients and executives
- You have a great attitude that can maneuver through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborative with a growing team
- You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn grow and give/receive feedback
