As a Service Engineer at DKSH Management Malaysia you will play a key role in delivering technical excellence and customer satisfaction in the field of medical devices. This role involves providing comprehensive support for product installation application training and troubleshooting.
You will also work closely with cross-functional teams including sales customer service and product management contributing to the continuous improvement of our support services. This position offers opportunities to grow technical expertise develop customer relationship skills and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose analyze and resolve hardware software and application issues efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical device technologies particularly diagnostics point-of-care or laboratory instruments.
Application Training: Able to conduct clear and effective training sessions for end-users including hands-on demonstrations and user education.
Customer Support: Strong service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships.
Documentation & Reporting: Proficient in maintaining service records writing technical reports and updating documentation in line with company SOPs.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Knowledge of relevant medical device regulations (e.g. MDA ISO GMP) and adherence to safety protocols in healthcare environments.
Team Collaboration: Works well in cross-functional teams supporting sales marketing and service teams in achieving customer satisfaction.
Time & Task Management: Ability to manage multiple assignments prioritize effectively and meet deadlines independently.
Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering Medical Electronics Clinical Engineering or a related technical field (e.g. Electrical/Electronic Engineering Mechatronics).
