Job Description
You will be responsible for leading regional operations creating and delivering value-added products and services for our customers optimizing operating costs and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees all in alignment with Techmer PMsMission Principles and Values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Manage operations across key areas such as Production Quality Finance Human Resources and Supply Chain.
- Oversee budgets KPIs and long-term strategic planning.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong decision-making and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Excellent planning organizational and goal-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of industry products and services.
- Familiarity with quality product development manufacturing and operations.
- Knowledge of WCE ISO/Quality standards and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to assess and improve process effectiveness.
