What Youll Do
Design and build distributed event-driven backend services
Lead end-to-end development: from planning and coding to deployment and observability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product design and infrastructure teams.
Participate in architecture reviews technical decision-making and system documentation.
Help shape engineering culture by mentoring teammates and championing clean maintainable code.
Ensure high reliability and availability through robust testing logging and incident response practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
6 years of professional backend development experience.
Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and design principles.
Strong knowledge of event-driven systems including experience with Kafka RabbitMQ or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Go Java or another modern backend language.
Experience with scalable APIs system integration and real-time data pipelines.
Understanding of system performance observability and monitoring (e.g. Prometheus Grafana OpenTelemetry).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down and simplify complex systems.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Team or squad lead experience.
Experience in SAAS
