Job Description
Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Foreman to lead and oversee commercial plumbing installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll direct field crews ensure work is performed to spec and keep projects on track in terms of quality safety and schedule.
Were looking for a natural leader who can motivate crews communicate clearly with project managers and take pride in delivering excellent work in a dynamic team-driven environment. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can drive production coordinate with project managers and ensure high-quality installation on large-scale commercial projects across Florida.
Compensation: $27- $37 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Variable Shifts - Need Flexibility based on Project needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints plans and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers subcontractors and team members.
- Maintain safety standards and job site organization.
- Travel across the state of Florida to support projects.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems installation practices and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test.
