Your Tasks
As a Quantity Surveyor Engineer at Beiersdorf Indonesia you will play a crucial role in the Start Up & Projects Management department. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and implementing the validation of project progress while carrying out the mapping of project assets. You will also manage the decommissioning process for all project packages to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your tasks will encompass:
- Conducting weekly progress validation utilizing the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparing detailed weekly progress reports and performing onsite validation in collaboration with the Operations Engineering Procurement and Contractors Management team as well as participating in weekly progress reviews while coordinating with Finance and other workstreams for accurate progress validation and justification.
- Supporting Finance by implementing and maintaining a structured asset tagging system across various project locations which is vital for traceability accountability and ensuring audit readiness throughout all phases including construction commissioning handover and operations.
- Assisting Finance in the development and maintenance of an integrated asset map allowing for enhanced visibility of asset distribution usage and movement across all project sites to elevate operational efficiency and resource optimization.
- Managing the decommissioning disposal or writing off of non-viable assets in accordance with both internal policies and external regulatory standards ensuring complete compliance and transparency while facilitating accurate project cost closure.
