Job Description
Our client is a leading wholesale bank. They are currently seeking a Business Manager to join their Technology Department to oversee day-to-day operations of the department ensuring that business goals are met and that the department is operating efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to CTO directly
- Develop and implementoperational strategiesto support the overall business goals of the department.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the department including budgeting forecasting and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology and operations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance withregulatory requirementsand internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business management role within Business Management / Strategic Planning department in banking industry
- Strongleadership skillsand ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations and technology systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
