Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport Shanghai.
We are currently looking for a Service Manager - Chinese Restaurant to join our F&B team.

As a Service Manager - Chinese Restaurant we rely on you to
-
- Coach and maximize the performance of the team.
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service.
- Always Ensure a smooth Chinese Restaurant operation.
- Do monthly forecasting weekly schedule Chinese Restaurant profitability evaluation
We are looking for someone who:
- Equivalent work experience in luxury 5 star hotel Black Pearl or Michelin restaurant experience is preferred
/
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage enjoys interacting with people.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language so as to host global guests.
- Must be a friendly helpful and trustworthy leader.
- Enjoys planning organizing and problem solving.
- Enjoys being challenged.
- A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
- Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment.
