What Youll Do
- Design & build automations in n8n with and Python turning common workflows into scalable reusable templates.
- Integrate thirdparty platforms (Google Workspace Asana HubSpot etc.) by wiring up REST APIs webhooks and OAuth connections.
- Embed AI capabilitiesuse OpenAI/ChatGPT and other LLM APIs to add intelligence summarization and autonomous decisionmaking.
- Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements demo solutions and transfer knowledge.
- Operate monitor and improve existing automations: debug failures refine prompts and optimize performance and cost.
- Document best practices and build and maintain a template library so the broader team can quickly build on your work.
What You Bring
- 3 years of automation experience
- 3 years of software engineering experience ( and Python preferred)
- Handson n8n (or similar lowcode tools such as Make/Zapier) for production workflows
- Realworld OpenAI/LLM workprompt design embeddings assistants cost management
- API integration chops: REST GraphQL OAuth2 webhooks JSON error handling
- Version control & DevOps basics (Git GitOps CI/CD containerization)
- Consultative mindset: able to translate business pain points into technical solutions
- Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders
NicetoHave
- Experience with Lovable or other AI App development tools
Cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP) and serverless functions - Data engineering or analytics background (dbt SQL Airflow)
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing ops (HubSpot workflows lead routing)
- Prior agency or clientfacing consulting experience

Salary: USD $6500 - $7500 USD (monthly salary range)
Background checks may be required for certain positions/projects.
