Boutique Associate
Position: Boutique Associate (Retail Sales Staff)
JOB Level: L5(N1)
Location: Shangri-La Tokyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Shift-based (8 hours per day)
11:00 - 20:00 and 12:00 - 21:00 on weekdays
10:00 - 19:00 and 12:00 - 21:00 on weekends
Permanent residents of Japan or holders of a Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa only. Visa support is not provided by our company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge in a luxury retail environment
- Manage inventory: receiving restocking and displaying merchandise
- Communicate with customers in both English and Japanese
- Input data and prepare reports using computer systems
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goal

Requirements:
- As our business partners are Japanese companies proficiency in Japanese reading writing and customer service is essential.
Oral and written business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g. Excel email)
- Motivated enthusiastic and goal-oriented
- Flexible and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Initiative and strong desire to grow and achieve targets
