Job Description
-Monitor daily margin call/excess balances and process the margin settlement with Clearing Houses and the affiliate entities
-Monitor and resolve the reconciliation breaks to maintain the accurate position and balance in books and records
-Monitor the generation of monthly OTC Client Clearing Fee Billing Report and process the settlement
-Manage regulatory report submission and legal ledger maintenance
-Assess and implement the process changes to adopt new regulatory requirements and to facilitate business initiatives -Have financial industry Operation experience preferred
-Have Listed Derivatives and OTC Derivatives Clearing product knowledge preferred
-Have proficiency with English and Japanese communication
-Be able to function effectively in team environment
-Be adaptable to changes and new challenges
-Be a self-starter with positive working attitude
