Job Description

- Ensure the safety/5S of shop floor.
- Responsible for floor discipline and ensure associates complying of company policy.
- Responsible for quality control scrap & defect reductions and improvement.
- Responsible for production output PPH and OEE.
- Provide necessary support to needed personnel and other colleagues.
- Performance management for associates.
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- leader of GPS implementation in his/her area.
- Leader of continuous improvement projects of his/her area.
Creation
- Monitor inventory level and shop orders status from time to time.
Satisfaction
- Ensure WI is lasted version.
- Ensure associates compliance with WI/control plan operating procedure etc.
- Ensure smooth shift hand over.
- Ensure all production and quality recordings are prompt and accurate.
- Ensure TPM in shopfloor.
- Support ISO9000&ISO14000/18000 &other systems be implemented in plant.
- Ensure PPE is proper provided to associates and ensure associates dress PPE.
