Were looking for a Solutions Specialist with deep clinical expertise in imaging workflows who thrives in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. This is a chance to use your skills in a role that blends clinical knowledge technology and customer engagement all while being part of a collaborative supportive team that values curiosity problem-solving and making a difference.
What youll do
As a Solutions Specialist you will be the bridge between our technology and the clinicians who use it. You will:
- Support a multi-state territory across the U.S. and Canada
- Partner with the sales team to support customer opportunities
- Lead product demonstrations training sessions and workflow discussions focused on the clinical use of our solutions
- Contribute to the clinical completion of RFPs and RFIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers product management teams and key industry partners
- Represent Sectra at trade shows marketing events and User Group Meetings
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing and sales training sessions
- Manage demonstration hardware and software setups for customer engagements
