Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential property owners for Food Locker placements ensuring strategic locations with high foot traffic.
- Leading lease negotiations finalizing agreements and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Overseeing the full process from property selection to contract signing and installation coordinating with internal teams.
- Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine property acquisition strategies.
- Working closely with landlords legal finance operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Tracking deployment progress addressing challenges and optimizing property performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in any sales-related industry especially those with experience in selling to properties (hotels real estate etc.).
- Ability to engage and build relationships effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel formulas is required.
- Strong ability to negotiate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English as the manager is a foreign national.
