Job Description

For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the BDM Data Analyst role.

About the Team
Join our global team responsible for driving data analytics for the Business Development & Marketing function. Collaborating with colleagues across Linklaters our team enables data-driven decisions to help grow the business build client relationships and strengthen the firms reputation.

You will be responsible for

  • Collecting organizing and managing data from multiple sources

  • Analyzing data to identify trends patterns and insights

  • Supporting data-driven recommendations for business development

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and visualization specialists

  • Sharing actionable analysis with stakeholders and adapting based on feedback

  • Maintaining high standards of data integrity and governance

  • Staying updated on analytics tools and best practices

Apply if you

  • Have experience in data analysis and statistical techniques

  • Are proficient in Excel SQL Python R and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)

  • Speak fluent English - C1

  • Demonstrate strong data governance and accuracy skills

  • Are comfortable working with diverse teams

  • Present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Show initiative curiosity and a commitment to learning

  • Pay close attention to detail and data integrity

Location
Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days in the office per week)
