The Role
We are looking for an Office Experience Manager to become the heartbeat of our London headquarters. This role is about far more than office management. It is about shaping an environment where people are excited to come to work feel part of something bigger and can do their very best every day.
You will design and deliver an inspiring office experience that reflects our culture supports productivity and creates a sense of belonging. From the moment someone walks through our doors whether they are a colleague a new hire or a client the experience will reflect La Fosses values and high standards.
This is a highly visible role where you will be the go-to person for all things related to the office and workplace experience. You will build strong relationships across the business work closely with leadership and make sure our physical space and culture align to create the best possible employee experience.
What you will do
- Create a welcoming engaging and productive workplace environment that reflects our values and culture
- Act as a cultural ambassador ensuring the office experience strengthens collaboration community and engagement
- Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities vendor relationships supplies and front of house
- Partner with the People team to deliver seamless onboarding for new hires ensuring their first experience with La Fosse is outstanding
- Plan and deliver wellness initiatives recognition activities and social or team events that foster connection and wellbeing
- Collect feedback and insights from employees to continuously improve how the office runs and how people experience it
- Introduce new ideas technologies and sustainability initiatives to raise the standard of our workplace experience
- Own budgeting and resource planning for office operations and events
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sustainability standards while championing environmentally responsible practices
- Actively walk the floor connect with employees identify needs and deliver quick and effective solutions
- Partner with leaders across the business to make sure the office experience supports productivity and performance
Requirements- Experience in office facilities or workplace experience management with a proven track record of improving environments
- A people-first mindset with the ability to create positive experiences and build a strong sense of community
- Excellent organisation project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance long-term strategy and hands-on delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence working across all levels of the business
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and office operations
- Commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets effectively
- Creative problem solver who spots needs early and implements solutions quickly
- Experience planning events or delivering sustainability initiatives is desirable

Manager
