This Position reports to:

Sales & Service Manager


We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant focused on energy efficiency in industrial environments.
This position is not about portfolio management or project coordination its about actively supporting sales teams identifying new opportunities across the market and delivering real business in the field of energy savings. If you understand the industrial sector and know how to sell technical solutions then were looking for you. Youll have the freedom to manage your own activities in energy efficiency in a way that makes sense your impact will be visible across the market and within ABB Drives.

What you will do:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the field of energy savings

  • Collaborate with sales teams on proposals calculations and solutions

  • Communicate with customers from industrial segments (e.g. power cement steel paper)

  • Bring innovation and concrete solutions into service contracts

  • Contribute to the business strategy of ABB Drives

  • Monitor the market competition and trends in industrial segments

  • Prepare presentations training sessions and marketing materials

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced salesperson who understands industry sales and field operations

  • A proactive individual who can sell technical solutions

  • An independent professional who doesnt wait for assignments but brings ideas

  • Someone who is not afraid to travel and engage with customers

What you need:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the industrial segment

  • Knowledge of environments such as electrical engineering/drives/automation/manufacturing is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to work with calculations data and solution proposals

  • English at B2/C1 level (written and spoken)

  • A driving license and willingness to travel across the Czech Republic
