Business Manager - E2EYour role and responsibilities
In order to help deliver our strategic objective for China we are seeking a dedicated China for China Service Product Manager to accelerate development launch and continuous improvement of localization activities. This role serves as a key liaison between global and local teams and drives initiatives that focus on spare parts management spare part localization and portfolio development for the local market. This role is part of the global organization reporting to the CS Global Portfolio Manager. While embedded in the global structure the incumbent will be 100% focused on meeting the demands of the local portfolio.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Accelerate Localization & Cross-Team Collaboration
Spearhead efforts to speed up localization activities ensuring alignment with local market needs while adhering to global standards.
Visit and communicate with local team and customers to gathermarket information competitive analysis and customer feedbackto identify opportunities.
Facilitate and streamline discussions between global and local teams acting as a bridge to resolve bottlenecks clarifying requirements and drive consensus.
Localized Portfolio Strategy
Lead initiatives centered on spare parts management and spare part localization ensuring strict testing and verification process with a primary focus on balancing local market demands and global pricing integrity.
Develop and maintain aprioritized product backlogbased on business impact feasibility and customer value.
Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and set expectations.
RTC Imbalance Management
Lead initiative to address RTC (Ratio to Complete) imbalances monitoring ongoing processes and leading reviews to validate their effectiveness.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launch
Partner withMarketing Sales and Customer to ensure successful product launch.
Developpositioning messaging and sales enablement materials.
Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor or above degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. PMP) are a plus.
Experience and understand China Market requirement.
Experience in sales management with the ability to translate product value to customer.
5 years proven experience in project management preferably with exposure to cross-functional global-local collaboration or spare parts management.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies quality control processes for parts and sustainability/circularity principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate discussions between global and local stakeholders and drive alignment.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting local portfolio demands.
