Job Description

Role: Sales Enablement Associate/Specialist China International

Reports to: Head of Marketing Greater China

Location: China Beijing

THE OPPORTUNITY

MiQ is a programmatic media partner who are experts in data science analytics and omnichannel programmatic trading. We are seeking a motivated dynamic Sales Enablement Associate to join our growing China team.

You will report to the Head of Marketing in and dot line to the Product Marketing Head of the Global team. You will work closely with the wider global product marketing team as well as sales account management trading product and marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption of our programmatic media solutions in China. The Sales Enablement Associate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on supporting our commercial efforts in by coordinating our internal go-to-market processes creating curating and maintaining collateral and organising the internal training and enablement program for commercial teams.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

JOB RESPONSIBILITITES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • SCOPING: Capture and curate needs problems and opportunities for our sales and trading team in China. Undertake competitive and market analysis and build any local competitor battlecards.
  • DEVELOPMENT: Develop a deep knowledge of the capabilities of our product solutions and how they drive outcomes for marketers in order to effectively build and communicate the marketing narrative benefits and processes to sales and their clients as well as traders and analysts internally. Help keep alpha and beta testing on track and organise internal cross-departmental GTM syncs.
  • LAUNCH: Collaborate with global and local internal stakeholders to execute and measure all aspects of MiQs go-to-market including: curating and maintaining the sales collateral portal for / producing collateral including pitch slides one pagers and case studies / coordinating internal product communications / organising a regular training schedule to roll out releases internally.
  • REFINEMENT: Support the measurement & reporting of product adoption refine and update collateral/ package solutions for key verticals or client types / undertake additional internal training as needed.

YOUR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years professional experience preferably in a product marketing or sales enablement role
  • Experience in a technology ad tech martech or SaaS business
  • Basic knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Experience creating slides one pagers or case studies
  • Super-organized and proactive can demonstrate effective project management

  • Ability to analyse competitor weaknesses and MiQ strengths at a feature level to create compelling and differentiated market messaging.

  • Can create compelling product storytelling and messaging based on information provided about MiQs market products and clients needs.
  • Can distil complex concepts into simple messaging

  • Builds strong positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Understands cultural differences and adapts approach to stakeholders accordingly.
  • Proactively open and transparent on work priorities and progress with all stakeholders.
  • Approaches change and the need for agility with a positive attitude.

  • Can speak clearly to a given audience in order to achieve the objectives of the presentation.
  • Flawless command of the English language; written communication is always compelling mistake free and in MiQs Tone of Voice.
  • Creates a range of suitable content outputs that showcase a detail-orientated approach an eye for design and are always within MiQs brand guidelines.
