We are looking for a strategic experienced and forward-thinking HSEQ Manager to join our this role you will lead the design and execution of structured Health Safety Environment and Quality programs that go beyond compliance - embedding a culture of continuous improvement sustainability and proactive risk management across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a long-term HSEQ strategy aligned with Alfa Lavals global priorities and local regulatory requirements ensuring full compliance across all facilities and operations.
- Drive a structured data-informed approach to health and safety identifying trends risks and opportunities for improvement through audits risk assessments and performance metrics.
- Lead a systematic transformation of HSEQ culturefrom reactive to proactiveby setting clear expectations engaging teams and reinforcing accountability at all levels.
- Champion sustainability initiatives ensuring environmental practices are integrated into day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
- Act as a change leader using your experience in HSEQ change management to influence senior leaders guide cross-functional teams and align the organization around continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of strategic experience in health safety and environmental management preferably in industrial manufacturing or engineering.
- Solid knowledge of OHS and environmental management systems applicable legislation and compliance best practices.
- Experience managing incident reporting systems including near-miss analysis and corrective action planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders in safety and quality improvements.
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skillsable to translate technical insights into actionable strategy.
- A proactive structured approach to problem-solving and performance tracking.
