We are on the lookout for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our growing team!

As a leader in real estate technology we are seeking a motivated and tenacious Enterprise BDR to partner with our Enterprise Account Executives in driving growth with brokerages of 250 agents. This role is critical in building the high-quality pipeline that fuels our enterprise sales success.


Whats the job

The Enterprise BDR is the first touchpoint in Loftys enterprise sales process. Youll be responsible for identifying engaging and qualifying high-value prospects leveraging both your industry knowledge and AI tools to accelerate outreach and conversion.

  • Prospect and qualify large brokerage accounts (250 agents) through outbound calls targeted emails LinkedIn outreach and AI-assisted research.
  • Build and maintain a 34x pipeline of qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges aligning them with Loftys solutions.
  • Use AI tools to enhance account research personalize outreach and optimize targeting strategies.
  • Partner with sales and marketing on account-based campaigns to engage decision-makers and warm cold opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) tracking daily activities conversion rates and pipeline metrics.
  • Stay informed on real estate technology trends competitive offerings and emerging AI applications.

Whats the work location

Youll be based out of our stunning light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenixa 17000-square-foot space designed for collaboration creativity and connection. During onboarding and training youll work in-office five days a week to build momentum meet your teammates and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met youll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per weekgiving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.


Whats the earning potential ($$$)

First-year earnings Start at $75000 plus commission with no cap on what you can earn. The more you hustle the more you take home!

Requirements

What are we looking for

  • 35 years in B2B sales or business development ideally in SaaS and/or residential real estate technology.
  • Proven track record in a quota-driven outbound environment.
  • Understanding of real estate brokerage operations and executive-level buyer personas.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered sales tools (e.g. ChatGPT AI research assistants automated outreach platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and driven by results.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
