Job Description
Position : NetSuite Functional Consultant
Sourcing Location: PH
Working Hours : Flexible scheduling options including 8-hour 10-hour or 12-hour shifts. Late shifts and rotational shifts based on project needs.
Compensation: Competitive salary package including a 13th-month salary and performance-based bonuses.
Salary: 1500-2000usd/month

Our US-based client is a boutique consulting firm specializing in rescuing and optimizing NetSuite implementations for omnichannel fashion apparel and footwear businesses.
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced **NetSuite Functional Consultant** to join our team. This role will focus on stabilizing optimizing and integrating NetSuite solutions to ensure they deliver maximum value to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuites functional capabilities and be skilled in solving complex business challenges for companies in our niche.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our clients to gather and analyze their unique business needs translating them into tailored NetSuite solutions.
- Support project recovery efforts stabilizing and optimizing NetSuite environments for operational excellence.
- Lead NetSuite integration projects collaborating with third-party solutions like Celigo EDI providers and 3PLs.
- Ensure data governance integrity and control managing customizations workflows and scheduled scripts.
- Manage user roles permissions security settings and organizational structures to align with client business processes.
- Provide training and best practices to end-users empowering them to effectively utilize NetSuite functionalities.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies proposing tailored solutions to meet client-specific goals.
- Serve as the SME for NetSuite functionality offering expert advice to improve system utilization.
- Manage NetSuite upgrades testing new features and rolling out updates to client environments.
- Develop customized reports dashboards KPIs and saved searches for actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues ensuring smooth data flow and operations.
- Configure and manage API connections using tools like Celigo enabling seamless integration with key platforms such as SPS Commerce and 3PL systems.
- Collaborate with our team to document client workflows highlight improvement opportunities and deliver lasting solutions.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documenting workflows processes and integration points.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality reliable solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator SuiteFoundation or SuiteAnalytics) are highly desirable.
- 5 years of experience in ERP-related roles with a strong focus on NetSuite.
- Experience in integrating NetSuite with third-party solutions particularly in the fashion and apparel sectors.
- Knowledge of Celigo SPS Commerce or other integration platforms is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex data and integration challenges.
