Job Description
JOB TITLE: Cashier
JOB LOCATION:Abuja (FCT)
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- Process and record payments ensuring accuracy in all transactions including cash credit and checks.
- Manage cash transactions related to production operations including vendor and supplier payments.
- Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the finance department to report on daily transactions and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and company security protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external suppliers as needed.
- Assist with inventory checks and manage receipt of materials for production use.
Qualifications
- or HND in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Accounting Finance).
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a cashier preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and math skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting handling large volumes of transactions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
Salary
N120000 Monthly.
