Job Description
Basic
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Must Have :
- At least 8 years of experience in IBM AIX & Linux
- At least 6 years of experience in Administration of IBM VIOs PowerHA
- At least 4 years of experience in managing system compliance by patching and system upgrades.
- Nice to have
- Experience in handling server build and decommissioning pacemaker and Veritas clusters.
- Experience in performance tuning capacity planning troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Experience in automation of redundant tasks with shell scripting and/or ansible or like tools.
- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting documenting and mapping current business process.
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone e-mail or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
