Job Description

Position: HR Specialist

Industry: Vape Industry

Placement: Jakarta Type: WFO

Key Responsibilities

Recruit & Onboard: Screen CVs coordinate interviews and manage onboarding for store staff.
Train & Empower: Conduct new hire orientation on policies products and store operations.
HR Management: Maintain accurate personnel files verify attendance and handle payroll processing.
Daily Support: Resolve HR queries and support store operations compliance.

Were Looking For Someone With - Experience:

2 years in HR roles (retail background preferred).
Proficiency in Excel/Word and HR systems.
Strong organizational & communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
High school diploma or higher (HR/Management majors a plus!).
English proficiency ( mandatory )
Passion for retail.
