Job Description
About the Client
Our client is Hong Kong conglomerate. They are currently looking for a VP/ AD with strong M&A or Corporate Finance professional to join their expanding Corporate Development team.
Job Responsibilities
- Report to Director and assist on all domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
- Conduct research financial modelling to evaluate business case
- Partner with various business units to review business model and conduct feasibility studies
- Act as gatekeeper and identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions
- Participate in deal execution and negotiation
- Providing high level reviews and conclusion for the transactions to the board
Job Requirements
- University degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years corporate finance with a top-tier or reputable investment bank Preferably with cross-border M&A experience
- CPA or CFA will be an advantage
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and analytical skills
