Job Description

Pay Rate: $24/hr - $25/hr

What Youll Do:

  • Providecritical support to Brockton Housing Authority (BHA) tenants at risk of losing housing due to age-related challenges or behavioral health needs:
  • Assess tenant needs and design intervention strategies with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mediate disputes provide short-term counseling and link tenants to mental health/social services.
  • Coordinate with BHA DMH and DPH to address lease violations and stabilize tenancies.
  • Organize community education programs and support Tenant Associations.
  • Maintain timely documentation and comply with all clinical and safety standards.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelors in human services (Masters in Social Work preferred) OR HS diploma/GED substantial experience with elderly/special needs populations.
  • Skills: Crisis intervention advocacy and case management expertise.
  • Requirements: Valid drivers license reliable transportation and cultural sensitivity.
