The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Auckland this role youll lead end-to-end recruitment solutions within your practice area delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates alike. Youll build new business nurture client partnerships and identify high-calibre talent to meet market demand. This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic consultative environment and is motivated by results relationships and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow your client portfolio through strategic business development.
Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline across your specialisation.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring needs salary trends and talent strategies.
Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences that reflect our values.
Monitor and share insights on market trends and industry developments.
Engage in internal events CSR initiatives and networking opportunities.
About You
Youre a confident 360-degree recruiter or B2B sales professional with at least 3-years of experience. Youre consultative adaptable and commercially astute. You value collaboration love solving problems and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. What sets you apart:
