Remote role work from home anywhere in Aotearoa
*A dedicated home office and strong working knowledge of or diverse experience with ACC legislation is essential for this role.*

About the role:
As a kairahi/navigator youll work remotely predominately from home responding to client queries via phone email and chat.
You will be part of a close-knit collaborative team of navigators located all over Aotearoa supported by a dedicated and approachable management team who are committed to continuous improvement and staff well-being.

Alongside your strong working knowledge of or diverse experience with ACC legislation we are looking for people who:

The remuneration range for this position starts at mid-$70K and increases by approximately $25K over a number of steps and includes a working from home allowance.
