Job Description
KITE Search is currently working with a leading international design firm that is famous within the luxury hospitality & high end residential industry. We are currentlylooking for a Senior Interior Designer to work with a leading property developer in house to oversee a new project that has been awarded. This is a great opportunityto work for a leading name in the industryand gain valuableexperience from the client side whilst still working for a consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- To prepare design proposals;
- Familiar with detailed design and to handle full set of working drawings;
- Liaise with Clients and Consultants from conceptual design to construction drawings;
- Leads the work of the interior designers and technical staff members to maintain positive interaction while ensuring the highest quality and meeting client expectation
- Closely monitor the site progress and performance of the contractors / sub-contractors on site;
- Generate and execute solutions to any ad-hoc design & project problems
- Min 7 years relevant experience (Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Interior Designer)
- Diploma or Certificate in Architectural / Interior Design / Image Design
- Relevant experiences in the Residential Hospitality are expected
- Familiar with AutoCAD IT and Computer Software Application
- Knowledge and competency in 3D Studio Max or Photoshop shall be an advantage
- Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subtrades
- Creative responsible and self-motivated
- Good inter-personal skills and good team player
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese knowledge of Mandarin
