Job Description
Our client is a well-regarded leading Investment Bank. They are looking for a DCM Analyst to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support debt capital markets (DCM) origination execution and syndication
- Provide rating advisory. Prepare rating model construction
- Conduct in-depth debt market and transaction analysis
- Assist in preparing pitchbook and roadshow materials
- Collaborate with sales/distribution team and other banks/lawyers/accountants/rating advisory partners on deals
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year credit research or DCM experience with reputable investment bank or credit rating agency
- Good credit research and analysis skills
- Solid financial modeling skills well-versed in Bloomberg Dealogic Factiva Ipreo or FactSet
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
