We are looking for Installation Engineerbased in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design engineering installation and test & commissioning. You will be responsible for:

• Organize Project Installation Activities
• Facilitate the project executions with focus on 4M (Manpower Method Materials and Machines)
• Report on the progress of the site works as per schedule
• Facilitate the communication between project office and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare installation reports with evidences from site.
• Support the PrYM for QCD (Quality Cost and Delivery) review and solution proposals
• Interfaces with other Project stakeholders internal or external - to ensure site progress QCD and Safety
• Identifies and reports on issues on before during and after site activities and prepare solutions
• Performs Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary)
• Senior position will be considered for outstanding candidate

In addition as experienced installation engineer he/she will assume following performance measurements:

• Installation Quality and Process Adherences
• Site Control and Records of Materials and Compliances
• Achieve optimizations in project works such as schedule catch-up return of expereince and customer satisfaction.

You are expected to have these credentials:

• 3 years or above experience in site roles for installations in operating railway (Project and/or railway signalling experience appreciated)
• Basic experience on railway site management
• Knowledge of managing works in Hong Kong railway environment
• Ability to understand railway control systems drawings and interpret for works preparations and site execution
• Knowledge of Hong Kong local codes and regulations
• Willing to work at day and night shifts and site works (subject to work arrangement).
