Job Description

POSITION: Operations Specialist (Accounts Payable)
FULLTIME: 10/1/25 - 1/31/26 (Assignment)
LOCATION: Riverside RI
SCHEDULE:
Training period is for a month 5 days in office. Direct manager and 2 team leads help assist. After training period candidate will be on a hybrid schedule. 3 days in office. 2 at home.
PAY RANGE: $21.03/HR
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shift for training and after training will be 8:30am-5:00pm.

1-2 years experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP). CAP is a global operations function that supports over 42 countries.

We are an integrated team that is responsible for enterprise invoice processing payments payee management employee expense reimbursement and indirect tax filing and reporting.

There is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as our functional teams include: US Payee Ops & Invoicing International Payee Operations Global Employee Expense Reimbursement Global Service Center & Card Administration AP Research & Accounting Indirect Tax (Business Personal Property Tax and State Withholding) Initiatives and Integration and Business Controls and Support. This role is with the Accounts Payable Service Center Escalations team.

Global Accounts Payable Service Center Escalation team member is responsible for handling Accounts Payable related inquiries via email and live chat. Inquiries include employee expense reimbursements procurement invoicing payments and general ledger. Additional tasks include return mail check copies and vendor and employee audits.


Must Have skills
***Account Payable Experience
- Contact Center Experience
- Experience with Concur and/or Sales Force
- Problem solving skills
- Critical thinking skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Use of computers and technology
