Clarion Hotel Oslo is located in the beating heart of Bjrvika in Oslo. After opening in 2019 the hotel has become a pulsating and important part of the area taking great pride in being a forerunner in terms of service and quality. Currently we are recruiting for extra help positions.
Shifts may therefore vary from week to week.
As a Housekeeping team member you will work closely with other departments to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. The team consists of a multicultural and inclusive set of coworkers which include some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry - who take great pride in their work. As a Housekeeping team member you are expected to perform the following tasks:
- Responsible to clean assigned rooms bathrooms common areas corridors and other designated areas with high quality and within an assigned time.
- Follow daily routines with a high degree of accuracy
- Report damages faulty inventory or other immediately to your closest manager and maintenance department.
- It is expected that every team member works continuously toward the predefined goals for the department and that you are familiar with them.
- The position requires shift work (week days evenings and weekends).
- It is expected that every team member stay updated on the hotels fire and safety routines.
- Actively contribute to the work environment.
- Have a good dialog with the reception via the internal system ALICE and google hangout.
- Be a good ambassador for the hotel and STRAWBERRY and to help guests and colleagues by being resourceful.
- Make sure to be uniformed correctly in line with internal guidelines.
- Take good care of our building colleagues and guests.
- Team members can be expected to perform other tasks if the work requires it.
