LearnUpon is an ambitious fast growing global player in the learning EdTech space. We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week from LearnUpons Dublin office.
With offices in Dublin (our HQ) Belgrade Philadelphia Salt Lake City and Sydney we are a global team with lots of diverse cultures backgrounds and experiences that puts our customers experience at the heart of everything we do. What will I be doing
Working closely with the COO and CEO on key initiatives across the business youll support LearnUpons growth operational efficiency and customer value.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead key strategic initiatives across the business collaborating directly with the global executive team
- Ensure strong communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders to maintain focus and clarity on initiatives
- Identify potential roadblocks early and work proactively to resolve them with practical effective solutions
- Analyse data to identify trends guide decisions and measure outcomes that drive business impact
- Continuously look for ways to enhance workflows simplify processes and increase efficiency across the business
What skills do I need
Youre a driven analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced addition youll have:
- 23 years of industry experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive projects through to execution
- Strong communications skills and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with different teams across the business
- Results-focused mindset - you get things done even when the pressure is on
- Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly to maintain momentum in evolving situations
- A keen eye for detail and can proactively resolve issues before they become blockers
- A self-starter mentality - you take ownership show initiative and thrive being the go-to person
