Your future tasks will be
As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.
Joining our newly established Inside Sales team in Budapest offers you the chance to explore new business models enhance your skills and contribute to improving our services. With numerous future opportunities this role provides a fantastic pathway to build a long-term career at Computacenter.
On a daily basis:
- You gather and manage accurate data using business tools
- You prioritize and coordinate work schedules to meet deadlines and business needs
- You support various administrative and organizational tasks
- You manage and control administrative processes
- You ensure the team meets performance targets and maintains high customer satisfaction
- You understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Youdemonstrate teamwork and collaboration especially across countries
- You communicate effectively to prevent escalations.
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You are fluent in English (Passive French or German knowledge can be an advantage)
- You possess some administrative experience.
- You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- You plan and organize your own workload effectively.
- You are proactive and able to set priorities.
- You have good communication skills.
- You embrace a strong service-oriented (can-do) attitude focusing on exceeding internal customer expectations.
- You perform accurate and precise work.
- You are flexible and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.
- You are a good team player.
