Job Description

TIMEs Vice President Partnerships International will be responsible for identifying and securing long-term strategic high-value partnerships across EMEA APAC and other key regions outside the U.S.; driving growth through strategic collaborations brand partnerships and new revenue opportunities.

Reporting to the Managing Director Head of International you will partner with a collaborative fast-paced team relentlessly focused on identifying and developing new opportunities around the world.

This is a high-visibility leadership position for an entrepreneurial and strategic dealmaker with a proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships sponsorships and innovative collaborations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in media sponsorship sales and large-scale events.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Managing Director Head of International to define and lead the international partnerships strategy aligning with global corporate objectives and local market priorities.
  • Secure high-value partnerships and sponsorships with brands and corporate leaders who align with TIMEs mission and values.
  • Own the entire sales and partnership process from identifying opportunities to closing deals with a focus on strategic long-term relationships.
  • Identify evaluate and negotiate new business opportunities across advertising branded content distribution and strategic alliances.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative partnerships while strengthening the companys global footprint.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-level decision-makers across industries leveraging an extensive professional network to drive growth and seniorlevel client and agency relationships across multiple markets.
  • Develop integrated multimarket partnership opportunities for global brands.
  • Lead sponsorship negotiations pricing strategies and contract development to maximize revenue and long-term value.
  • Partner closely with editorial branded content product marketing and events teams to deliver compelling solutions for clients.
  • Work with finance and operations to ensure accurate forecasting reporting and delivery against revenue targets.
    Align with U.S. and global partnership teams to ensure consistency knowledge sharing and harmonized client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate reporting through SalesForce to manage prospects client accounts pipeline and business forecasts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Significant experience in partnerships sales business development or brand solutions ideally within global media digital publishing or content companies.
  • Proven success managing multimarket client relationships and delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex highvalue deals.
  • Deep understanding of international media markets advertising ecosystems and client needs.
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience guiding crossfunctional global teams.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fastpaced evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated; proactive; strong team player.
  • Highly organized and results-driven able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
