Responsibilities:
You are leading the communication and coordinate between departments & MUs /HPTs during shift summary 2 hours report to leadership Ensure the overall operation objectives are met in own shift. 2
You drive zero accident and follow up safety findings and ensure plant management is informed on critical issues.
You need to coordinate and facilitate resolution of waste controlling and drive waste below target.
You are responsible to total procedural and policy compliance on shift. Ensure plant management systems are in place and implemented.
Requirements:
You with Bachelors degree in Business industrial management or a related.
You with at least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry. 3
You with ability to work independently with strong work commitment.
You have Good interpersonal and communication skills.
You are able to resolve conflict influence others negotiate solutions conduct group meetings and effectively communicate ideas plans and processes.
You are able to have night shif
