We are currently seeking aProductionLine Leaderto join ourAdvanced Materials business unitteam in ourChonburi site. Reporting to theThermal Interface Materials (TIM) Leader your focus will beresponsible for monitoring and managing man machines methods and materials in TIM production line.
In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role dedicated to the Advanced Materials business will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising Team Members:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide on-the-job training and development.
- Monitor employee performance & PA discussion and address any issues.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Production Management:
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Monitor machines equipment &instrument performance and coordinate maintenance.
- Escalate & highlight the issues in production line & provide the information & insight from shopfloor to team for problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Maintain & control the operator working following the standard work.
Quality Control:
- Monitor & control products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Respond to safety incidents and accidents.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock.
- Minimize waste and optimize inventory utilization.
Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g. engineering quality control maintenance).
- Provide input on process improvements cost reduction initiatives and kaizen.
- Other assignment from supervisor & manager.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in Production Line Leader from manufacturing environment is a must.
- Experience in Electronic manufacturing 5 - 8 years is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shiftswith days off that may not fall on weekends
WE VALUE:
- High vocational certificate or bachelors degree in engineering.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic English communication skill both verbal and written
