Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Access analyze and report market share and product performance on a monthly and quarterly basis for the company as a whole as well as drill downs for each of the species business units.
- Support business goal via data mining and primary market research.
- Assist in developing marketing POV presentations that combine secondary syndicated and primary research to deliver market insights to the species business units.
- Market reseach agency management.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education requirement: Bachelor Degree in Business / Economics or related field.
- Industry experiences: Pharmaceutical Market Research or related filed.
- Position experiences: 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing).
- Computer Skills: Strong MS Office software practice especially various skills of Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail.
- Independent problem solving and good learning skill.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
The base pay for this position is
