Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle arborlandscaping maintenance projects work closely with project manager and liaise with site officer/subcontractor
- Prepare the workers working time card and submit it to the office by the deadline
- Preparing of work done report and photo report after job completed
- Daily checks on crane safety devices and load indicators before the lifting operation and report any failure/malfunction of machinery
- Daily check and inspection on crane boom jib hook blocks pendants wires A-frames tracks & etc.
- Perform housekeeping to ensure a neat and tidy workplace
- Assess work areas before performing any job operation
- Submit monthly machinery checklist
- Maintenance and upkeep cleanliness of machinery and worksite
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a valid Class 4 driving licence
- Operate Lorry Crane Certificate (Optional)
- Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
- Excellent team player good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
