Lead software architecture design for C-arm products ensuring scalability maintainability and innovation.
Drive selection and implementation of key technical solutions ensuring effective architecture execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product image quality system EE and ME to align architecture with system requirements.
Influence large cross-functional teams and drive technical alignment.
Drive product evolution with innovative design and high quality and affordable cost.
Stay current with industry trends and promote adoption of emerging technologies.
Identify team competency gaps and implement development plans to drive excellence.
Coach and mentor engineers to support technical growth.
Guide the development team in module design and implementation enhancing technical capabilities.
Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and perform performance optimization.
Continuously improve software development processes and promote best engineering practices within the team.
Lead the creation and implementation of design guidelines.
Author and maintain architecture documentation technical specifications and design descriptions.
Drive innovative architecture by integrating AI machine learning and intelligent image analysis.
Evaluate AI feasibility in clinical scenarios and drive real-world applications in C-arm products.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Software Engineering Electronic Information or related fields.
8 years of experience in medical device software development with 3 years in software architecture
Proven ability in strategic planning and driving technical evolution.
Strong experience in object-oriented design modular architecture and system integration.
Proficient in C/C and Java with experience in Linux platforms.
Familiar with IEC 62304 ISO 13485 and other medical software standards.
Excellent communication collaboration and project leadership skills.
Proficient in both Chinese and English technical communication.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience in software architecture for large medical devices (e.g. C-arm CT MRI).
Familiarity with image processing motion control DICOM and network communication.
Proven experience in successful AI application development and design in the medical domain.
Leadership or technical team management experience.
Clear and strategic thinker with ability to drive change.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and results orientation.
Demonstrated experience on global product release throughout the entire NPI cycle.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
