Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator (Training Focused)
Location: Georgetown IN
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator (Training Focused) to support employee orientation onboarding training programs and other HR functions. This role plays a key part in coordinating maintaining and tracking important training-related activities across the organization while also supporting general HR functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate CPR/First Aid/AED training including scheduling communication and recordkeeping
Maintain and track employee training records and certifications
Assign and monitor HR training modules through our Learning Management System (LMS)
Develop update and improve training content
Schedule and process new hires for onboarding and required trainings
Maintain and manage employee bonus programs (sign-on & referral)
Record and report unpaid employee absences and time off
Serve as a back-up for other HR functions including background checks
Assist with other HR functions as needed
Qualifications and Essential Capabilities:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (but not required)
SHRM-CP certification preferred (but not required)
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Human Resources role preferred
Strong organizational communication and computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office internet applications and LMS platforms
Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED instructor certification
Valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance required
