Job Summary
Route 128 Honda a top-performing dealership in Reading MA is seeking a results-drivenFinance Directorto lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant earning potential and the opportunity to shape the financial success of a respected automotive brand.
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of the F&I department including deal structuring lender relations and compliance.
- Train coach and develop a high-performing F&I team to exceed sales and service goals.
- Maximize profitability while ensuring a seamless and transparent customer experience.
- Monitor financial performance and report key metrics to senior management.
- Stay current with federal state and dealership regulations to ensure full compliance.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive finance leadership (F&I Manager or Director level).
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial compliance.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
