Full-Time Year-Round Administrative Operations Member-Facing Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the front-desk and administrative lead for the Aquatics Department
  • Manage program registrations billing cancellations and participant communications
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on payment plans contracts and reconciliations
  • Track program attendance schedules rosters and instructor assignments
  • Respond to questions and resolve issues with professionalism and service-minded problem-solving
  • Support the Aquatics leadership team with calendar coordination internal reporting and team communication
  • Assist with administrative support during high-traffic programming periods including events and trainings
  • Maintain supply inventories signage and organization of shared administrative systems
What You Bring
  • Experience in customer service administrative coordination or program registration (recreation or membership-based preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets scheduling tools and CRM or registration platforms
  • Ability to remain composed while juggling multiple responsibilities in a high-traffic environment
  • Consistent availability for front-desk coverage including mornings evenings or weekends when needed
