Key Responsibilities - Serve as the front-desk and administrative lead for the Aquatics Department
- Manage program registrations billing cancellations and participant communications
- Coordinate with the Finance team on payment plans contracts and reconciliations
- Track program attendance schedules rosters and instructor assignments
- Respond to questions and resolve issues with professionalism and service-minded problem-solving
- Support the Aquatics leadership team with calendar coordination internal reporting and team communication
- Assist with administrative support during high-traffic programming periods including events and trainings
- Maintain supply inventories signage and organization of shared administrative systems
What You Bring - Experience in customer service administrative coordination or program registration (recreation or membership-based preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets scheduling tools and CRM or registration platforms
- Ability to remain composed while juggling multiple responsibilities in a high-traffic environment
- Consistent availability for front-desk coverage including mornings evenings or weekends when needed
