A Day in the Life
Our ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) business is a leader in innovation revolutionizing how healthcare professionals address ENT conditions. With state-of-the-art products a collaborative culture and an unwavering commitment to enhancing patient outcomes were making a lasting impact on the world of healthcare. This role goes beyond sales youll become a trusted partner in the operating room supporting surgeons during complex procedures.
You will join a passionate team driving meaningful change in patients lives. You will represent Medtronics market-leading ENT product portfolio and work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions in Netherlands. You will report to the Senior Sales Supervisor Benelux and are expected to travel across the South of the Netherlands.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead sales efforts within your designated territory to drive growth and expand the adoption of Medtronics ENT solutions
- Build partnerships with surgeons physicians and hospital staff to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance patient care
- Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical advantages of Medtronics ENT products through comprehensive product demonstrations and in-procedure support
- Identify new sales opportunities nurture existing accounts and increase market share for Medtronics ENT product portfolio
- Act as a trusted resource in the operating room by providing technical expertise and ensuring optimal product performance during surgeries
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities forecasts and expenses
- Collaborate with a dynamic high-performing team dedicated to innovation and improving patient outcomes
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing Life Sciences or a related field
- Sales experience in the medical device healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships show resilience and drive results in a competitive environment
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with operating room protocols and hospital purchasing processes
- Fluency in both Dutch and English and willingness to travel extensively (<50%)
