Heres the Deal:
The Regional GRC Business Partner drives a culture of governance risk management and controls within the region. They translate business needs into actionable risk management measures and improve internal control effectiveness. The role involves close collaboration with terminal regional and functional leaders to ensure a responsive control environment. Their focus is on aligning business operations with the GRC framework while adapting to changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize regional risks.
- Understand processes regulations policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits prepare documentation.
- Evaluate controls in new processes.
- Guide on governance risk management practices.
- Track KPIs to assess GRC effectiveness.
- Present reports to governance committees.
- Support closure of audit issues.
The Basics:
- Academic Background: A Chartered Accountant CPA or masters degree in accounting Finance or Business preferred.
- Years of Experience: 5 years relevant experience in Internal and Process related audits in a multinational organization
- Software: MS Office & ERP (Advanced) Salesforce.
- Technical Skills: Strong Report writing and analytical skills. Familiar with the Lean methodology
- English Level: B2 C1
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a time constrained environment
