Job Summary
As Launch Planning Program Manager you will drive the end-to-end delivery station (DS) launch planning process. Your role is crucial in expanding our delivery network through strategic planning project execution and stakeholder alignment.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Lead DS site selection design and budget procurement
Manage multiple complex launch projects concurrently across various workstreams
Conduct ROI analysis for strategic investment decisions
Optimize DS performance throughout the entire lifecycle
Process Optimization and Standardization
Develop and implement standardized processes
Set new efficiency benchmarks for the launch planning process
Collaborate with global teams to share insights
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Serve as primary POC on projects facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders
Manage project timelines and provide regular updates to leadership
Navigate regulatory requirements and foster local partnerships
